How to book
Have peace of mind with regards to your event's medical cover (first aid) and ambulance services.
Booking for event medical cover is so easy:
Step one: Please submit your event details, please click here to do so.
Step two: We email you or contact you via telephone with your free quotation.
Step three: If you are happy with the quotation, please return the agreement form via fax or post.

Step four: Booking is confirmed - a contract exist. We will immediately provide contact details of the medical supervisor, whom you may contact any time before the event.
What happens next?
With the booking confirmation, you will receive your event medical supervisor's name and telephone number.
You will be in direct contact with the medical supervisor should you require anything.
On the day of your event, the required medical crew will arrive at least 30 minutes earlier and meet up with the event organiser.
In some cases, medical crews have to meet up with the event organiser before the day of event, for risk assessments and thorough set-up, to ensure the best medical cover is provided.
Please note, all quotations are free and non-binding, without returning the booking form there is no contract to provide medical cover for your event.
We operate on a first come, first serve basis, without returning the booking form, and entitles us to book other clients on the same day you requested a quotation for.
